PATTUNUANG · STAY

Hospitality that belongs to the place.

Teraphy Stay is the future accommodation layer for Pattunuang. It is being framed as part of the destination ecosystem—not as a detached resort product.

THE ROLE OF STAY

Sleep here because the place deserves more time.

Pattunuang research has identified accommodation and visitor-service infrastructure as part of ecotourism development needs. Teraphy treats that as a design question: what form of hospitality can support a deeper relationship with the landscape without overpowering it?

The target is not a room-first website. The digital experience should show why staying changes the way a visitor can understand the karst, river, forest, food, people, and changing conditions of the place.

01

ROOM / UNIT

Future accommodation inventory belongs here once real unit types, capacities, rates, and availability are verified.

02

GUEST RHYTHM

Arrival, rest, food, exploration, quiet hours, and departure should feel like one coherent relationship with place.

03

PLACE FIT

Hospitality should respond to karst, water, vegetation, access, and the visual character of Pattunuang.

04

OPERATING TRUTH

No unit, rate, opening date, facility, or booking mode is shown until it exists in verified operating data.

GUEST RHYTHM

A stay should have a beginning, middle, and return.

The experience model is built around rhythm rather than amenity count: arrive with context, settle into the site, move through the landscape, and return with enough quiet to process it.

01

ARRIVE

Orientation should begin with where you are, how the site works, and what the landscape asks from a guest.

02

SETTLE

Rest, shade, water, food, and quiet become part of the transition from transit into place.

03

EXPLORE

A stay becomes more meaningful when it connects naturally to interpretation, routes, people, and field knowledge.

04

RETURN

The room is the base for reflection and recovery—not the destination replacing the landscape.

PLACE-FIT HOSPITALITY

The room should not become louder than the landscape.

Architecture, access, light, sound, water, vegetation, and guest circulation should be evaluated as part of one site system. The strongest hospitality proposition is one that makes Pattunuang easier to notice rather than easier to ignore.

DESIGN QUESTIONS BEFORE INVENTORY
  • How does arrival avoid unnecessary pressure on the site?
  • How should water, waste, lighting, and quiet hours be managed?
  • How does Stay connect naturally to Eat and Explore?
  • What information must be verified before any room is sold?

PUBLIC TRUTH

Design the anticipation without inventing the inventory.

Stay can already communicate a strong hospitality philosophy. What it should not do is imply that rooms, facilities, rates, or dates exist before operations confirm them.

PUBLIC NOW

Hospitality direction

The website can explain the principles, landscape relationship, and development logic before accommodation inventory is released.

IN DEVELOPMENT

Units + guest operations

Unit types, guest flow, service standards, food connections, safety, and operational responsibilities remain in development.

ONLY WHEN VERIFIED

Rates + dates + booking

Availability, prices, opening dates, room counts, amenities, and booking controls only appear after operational verification.

TERMINOLOGY NOTE

“Resort Pattunuang” is not the same thing as Teraphy Stay.

In official national-park usage, “Resort Pattunuang” refers to a conservation-management unit. If Teraphy later uses “resort” for accommodation branding, the UI must clearly distinguish that hospitality business from the government management term.
