Teraphy is being built to operate places—not simply list destinations. The model connects physical Site operations with journeys, hospitality, research, storytelling, commerce, and portfolio-level governance.

Many travel platforms begin with inventory. Teraphy begins with the Site itself: what can be operated responsibly, what local value can be created, what evidence is needed, and what should remain protected.
Pattunuang is the first proof under development. The long-term ambition is a network of Site-based ecotourism operations supported by one shared digital system.

Karst is a demanding operating context. Access decisions affect water, visitor pressure intersects with sensitive places, and local livelihoods are inseparable from landscape management.
That complexity is why Teraphy starts here: if the operating model can learn to respect these relationships, it becomes a stronger foundation for future Sites.

This distinction is intentional: the company can communicate a clear investment thesis without fabricating readiness.
